I came to know about this organization when another Deputy had a medical crisis and was assisted by the Thin Blue Line of Michigan.  My contact with the Case Manager was pleasant and I was informed of the easy steps to apply for benefits from the internet website.  Within a short time of my completing the application I was contacted and informed that my application had been reviewed and approved.  I was able to receive financial assistance which helped in turn to lessen the emotional stress of keeping the family from going further into debt.  I was amazed by the quick response to assist me it was excellent.  The assistance was great!  It was a financial and emotional relief to have the Thin Blue Line of Michigan there to assist.
